The Cabin is stylish living underpinned by the highest environmental standards. Winner of an NHBC award for outstanding quality, The Cabin has under floor heating powered by ground-source technology. Coupled with the superb insulation qualities offered by specialist glazing and a turf roof, this gives you all the comfort you would want with minimal impact on the environment.
The split level open plan living area features a wall of glass to afford panoramic views of the sea and mountains beyond – a wall which custom-built Nordan doors can retract to create uninterrupted access to extensive decking.
We don’t think you will ever tire of the view, but just in case, there is satellite television with free access to thousands of movies! There is a modern Scandinavian wood-burning stove, free Wifi, a CD/MP3 dock music centre and, alongside a raised dining area, a fully equipped kitchen featuring an induction hob, microwave, dishwasher and larder fridge.
Elsewhere, The Cabin has one twin bedroom sharing the same magnificent views to the front, a full-sized bathroom with separate shower, and a master bedroom with its own en suite facilities and wet room.
A complimentary gift of locally produced soaps and candle with scents such as lemongrass, juniper and lavender will help you relax after a long day’s walking or sight-seeing. For that extra degree of peace and seclusion you can always settle down in the study with its leather armchair, library of books and window desk. Here you will also find the telephone and broadband wi fi hub.
A boot room with freezer and washer/dryer and all the household equipment and supplies you could ever need completes the picture.
Outside, The Cabin is all but surrounded by decking affording every opportunity to sit in sun or shelter at any time of the day. Beyond this, almost half an acre of grounds, flanked on one side by mature native woodland, slope down to a bespoke design picnic table and benches and a gate to the shore beyond. Throughout, The Cabin’s grounds are extensively planted with native flowering shrubs and trees.
